Sikorsky RH-53D Sea Stallion

VR-24 began operating the Sikorsky RH-53D Sea Stallion heavy-lift helicoptor in October 1977. The limited information available at this time indicates that VR-24 continued to operate Sea Stallions throughout the remainder of its operational history. This summary will be expanded as additional information becomes available.
